Level-2 EV Charging Station

The Erg2 transforms the EV charging experience.

Shifting Gears Toward Sustainability

Transportation remains a major contributor to environmental pollution, demanding innovative solutions in a world that needs sustainability more than ever.

Electric vehicles (EVs) offer a glimpse of hope, but their widespread adoption hinges on a robust charging infrastructure—a current weak link in the EV ecosystem. Imagine the frustration of searching for a reliable, efficient charging station only to find one that's too slow or occupied. This is the reality for many EV drivers.

Designed to accommodate the U.S. federal government’s growing fleet of EVs, as well as employee parking applications, the Erg2 transforms the EV charging experience with its efficient, dual-port, robust, and intuitive design.

Capable of charging two vehicles or plug-in hybrids simultaneously, Erg2 ushers in a new era of convenience, efficiency, and sustainability for EV ownership and fleet management.

A New and Better Way to Charge

The rise of electric vehicles (EVs) has created a growing need for convenient and reliable charging infrastructure. The Erg2, engineered by erg-Go in collaboration with Harbor Designs and Manufacturing, rises above the competition. This feature-rich Level 2 charging station caters specifically to the needs of businesses and government agencies.

The Erg2 offers flexibility with two power options: 7.2 kW and 18 kW. This caters to a wider range of electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles, ensuring compatibility with most models on the market.

Design and Functionality

Durability is paramount. The Erg2's robust stainless steel construction endures the rigors of constant use, and retractable cables further enhance protection against wear and tear.

Just like at a gas station, the Erg2 boasts a user-friendly multimedia payment terminal. Consumers can choose between traditional credit card swiping or contactless RFID payment for a quick and convenient charging experience.

For government and corporate fleets, the Erg2 offers flawless integration with existing payment systems. It accepts Wright Express Fleet Services Cards used by the GSA and transmits transaction data to the GSA Smart Pay system for easy billing and reporting. Printed receipts are provided for each charging session.

The feature-rich Erg2 is a powerful solution for commercial EV infrastructure. Its versatility and durability make it ideal for supporting the burgeoning electric vehicle landscape.

The Future is Electric

From individual consumers to corporate fleets and launched in 2011, the Erg2 was an early entry into Level 2 charging station market answering the call to transform electric vehicle charging infrastructure. Its versatile capabilities were designed to cater to the diverse needs of various sectors, promising a seamless and reliable charging experience for all.

As the federal government doubled down on investment in EVs, the Erg2 emerged as a critical piece of the puzzle. By delivering unmatched ease of use and charging efficiency, it not only tackled existing EV charging hurdles but also set a new benchmark for sustainable transportation.
